# Getting Support

> Learn the best way to get help when you have a product, data, or reporting question in Provalytics.

## Overview

If you need help, contact Provalytics support in one of two ways:

* email [help@provalytics.com](mailto:help@provalytics.com)
* use the support form inside the Provalytics dashboard

When asking for support, the fastest path is to be specific about:

* the client
* the report or page
* the KPI involved
* the date range
* what looks wrong
* whether the issue appears in the source, the output, or the dashboard

## Helpful details to include

* screenshot of the page
* export or file name if relevant
* whether the issue is new or recurring
* whether it affects one client or many

That level of detail helps the team distinguish:

* stale output
* source-data mismatch
* publishing issue
* display issue
* model issue
