Overview

SharePoint Delivery is one of Provalytics’ recurring file-ingestion routes for custom and non-conforming datasets. It is useful when a client wants to keep delivery inside Microsoft workflows while still making the data available for modeling and reporting.

What it is best for

SharePoint is a good fit when:
  • a client already delivers files through Microsoft 365
  • daily or recurring files need to land without manual email forwarding
  • the source should remain in the client’s controlled environment

How it works

A SharePoint source is configured around:
  • a site URL
  • a folder or file location
  • a sync mode
  • lookback or rebuild behavior when needed
Depending on configuration, the source can support:
  • incremental merge behavior
  • change detection
  • full rebuild behavior for historical refreshes
