If you need help, contact Provalytics support in one of two ways: When asking for support, the fastest path is to be specific about:
  • the client
  • the report or page
  • the KPI involved
  • the date range
  • what looks wrong
  • whether the issue appears in the source, the output, or the dashboard

Helpful details to include

  • screenshot of the page
  • export or file name if relevant
  • whether the issue is new or recurring
  • whether it affects one client or many
That level of detail helps the team distinguish:
  • stale output
  • source-data mismatch
  • publishing issue
  • display issue
  • model issue
